Return & Refund Policy

At AlphaXploder, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 60-day return policy from the date of purchase.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• Return requests must be made within 60 days of purchase.
• Products must be returned in the same condition as received.
• Proof of purchase or order number is required.
• For safety and hygiene reasons, opened, used, tampered, or unsealed products are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping Fee

All approved returns are subject to a flat $25 return shipping and handling fee.

The $25 fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

There are no restocking fees.

Refunds

Once your returned product is received and inspected:

• A refund (minus the $25 return fee) will be issued to the original payment method.
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
• Depending on your bank or card provider, the refund may take additional time to appear on your statement.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. In such cases, the return fee may be waived.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
