Affiliate Terms & Promotion Guidelines

By promoting Alpha Xploder, you agree to follow the guidelines below. Violating these terms may result in suspension or permanent removal from the affiliate program.

1. Affiliates are strictly prohibited from copying, cloning, or replicating official landing pages, creatives, or funnels of Alpha Xploder.
2. Direct linking to checkout pages is not allowed. All traffic must be sent through the official Alpha Xploder funnel.
3. Brand bidding on keywords such as “Alpha Xploder”, misspellings, or variations is strictly prohibited on Google Ads, Bing, or any paid search platform.
4. Affiliates may not use false, misleading, or exaggerated claims regarding results, health benefits, or performance outcomes.
5. Before/after images or unrealistic transformation claims must NOT be used in any promotional material.
6. Affiliates must not misrepresent themselves as the official brand, creators, or owners of Alpha Xploder.
7. Negative marketing tactics such as using terms like “scam”, “fraud”, or misleading comparisons are strictly prohibited.
8. Promotion on third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart, or unauthorized stores is NOT allowed.
9. Native advertising, email marketing, social media, and display ads are allowed, provided all messaging remains compliant and truthful.
10. Affiliates must clearly disclose affiliate relationships in accordance with FTC guidelines where applicable.
11. All affiliates are responsible for complying with applicable laws, advertising policies, and platform-specific guidelines.
